The local Christian radio is asking families to ask this question. 'I feel loved when you...'
So what makes you feel loved? I feel loved when I have my darling husbands complete attention. I don't like to compete with the television, his thoughts or anything else. I'm selfish in that way! ;)
Start a conversation with your kids and ask them to finish this sentence, I feel loved when you... If they are little you might have to give them an example. As parents you may already think you know. But ask each child and give them the opportunity to give their answer. They might surprise you.
Psalm 139:14 says, "Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. "
We are all made individual, unique and special. We are not the same! Learn what makes your children feel loved.
They will most likely feel some love just by being asked!
